Phineas J. Whoopee from the animated television series, titled Tennessee Tuxedo and his Tales, is basically considered to be "The Man With All The Answers."  He is shown to be having a 3D blackboard with the help of which he can educate one about any topic that they would wish to learn of.

He is a polymath in the true sense of the word and is quite knowledgeable. His understanding of subjects such as the history of dentistry, hot air balloons, and repairing of television sets is only a reflection of the wide range of subjects that he may have information about.

That said, Egghead Jr. is seen making an appearance in a number of shorts with Foghorn Leghorn. Since Looney Tunes is a show that encompasses a lot many popular characters, it is possible that a lot many of us cease to remember Egghead Jr.

Tracy the Gorilla is also credited with creating some of the team's newest anti-ghost gadgets. Since he is a gorilla, he is incredibly powerful and does not shy away from showing his strength from time to time; like once when he threw the Statue of Liberty into the ocean.

This is precisely what makes him one of the greatest superheroes on planet Earth. Spider-Man's alternate personality, Peter Parker, is also someone who is shown to be somewhat nerdy.

He looks up to his Uncle Ben who taught him to fight for everything right. He even tries to get a better understanding of science courtesy of a genius scientist named Otto Octavius.

While he may not be great at his studies, he is forgiving and compassionate by nature.

Having said that, it has also been demonstrated that Aimee Brightower might have a crush on Doyle. However, they are not exactly shown ending up like a couple.

The business magnate has been seen working on a molecular expander to increase the food supply. He oversees a company that deals with advanced weapon and defense technologies.

Also, he is known to be both a competent scientist and a charming playboy, depending on what the situation demands of him.

Big Ears, who is literally known to have big ears, is one of the most likable characters from Noddy's Toyland Adventures.

He has a long white beard and can be seen in a red and pointy cap. Big Ears resides in a toadstool near Toytown.

Not only is he one of Noddy's finest friends but also his only mentor. Whenever Noddy finds himself in a situation of crisis, he tries to confide in Big Ears.

More often than not, the suggestions given by the wise Big Ears work for Noddy and turn him into the jovial chap that he is again.

Needless to say, Big Ears has to be the smartest of all characters in the show. Also, he is arguably the most underrated character to make it to our list.
